I have recently downloaded one note, and also made a microsoft account so i can use it. However, it will not allow me to create a new work book.

I have signed in and I'm not sure what to do. It wants me to sync my current note book and to do that i have to sign in. When i click the sign in button it tells me that the service is unavailable and to check my internet connection.

My internet is fine. There is also a 'caution' triangle next to the name of my current notebook. When i try to click to 'create a new notebook' it tells me that the location may not be available, and that i may not have permission to access to save files. It also tells me that i may need fewer characters in the name. However the name only contains 5 characters. Please help me! I need to create a new notebook.
